At Anchor Chapel, we believe that love is our cause, honor is our calling, and hope is our message. Hope in Motion is the heart of our outreach ministry—mobilizing the love of Jesus into our local community and beyond. We exist to serve, uplift, and bring tangible hope to those in need, because we believe that Jesus is Hope for Every Soul.

Through acts of kindness, practical support, and consistent presence, Hope in Motion lives out the Gospel by meeting people right where they are. Whether it’s feeding the hungry, supporting families in crisis, or simply being a light in dark places, we put our faith into action.

Hope in Motion – June 29, 2025
Join us at O’Neal Brown Park in Carville from 10:15 AM to 2:00 PM for Hope in Motion—a day filled with prayer, worship, food, fun, and hope for the whole community! We’ll have live worship, a time of prayer, delicious food, and a bouncy house for the kids.

Freezer Meal Ministry at Anchor Chapel
At Anchor Chapel, we believe in providing Hope for Every Soul—especially in life’s most challenging or transitional moments. Our Freezer Meal Ministry is a tangible way we serve families in need, offering homemade, ready-to-heat meals to those walking through difficult or joyful seasons, including:

• The loss of a loved one

• The birth of a new baby

• Recovery from illness or injury

• Major life changes or personal crises

If you or someone you know could be blessed by this ministry, or if you’d like to help prepare meals and be the hands and feet of Jesus, please reach out. Together, we can bring comfort, support, and hope—one meal at a time.

Freezer containers are available in the church kitchen—feel free to pick some up to help us bless others!
